Caramelized Date and Banana Delight

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 50g of sugar
  • 30g of almonds

Instructions:


  • Chop the dates into small pieces and roughly chop the almonds.
  • In a non-stick pan, heat the sugar over medium heat until it begins to melt and turn golden brown.
  • Add the chopped dates to the pan, stirring quickly to coat them in the caramel.
  • Slice the banana and add it to the pan, gently folding it into the caramelized mixture.
  • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the banana is warm and the mixture is well combined.
  • Sprinkle the chopped almonds on top before serving.
