- 200g of pumpkin

- 3 eggs
- 100ml of milk
- 50g of feta cheese
- 50g of gouda cheese
- 50g of cottage cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Peel and dice the pumpkin into small cubes. Boil the pumpkin in a pot on the stove with a little water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- In the microwave, heat the spinach for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pumpkin, chopped mushrooms, wilted spinach, milk, and eggs. Mix well until combined.
- Add the feta cheese, gouda cheese, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese into the mixture, stirring to combine evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Place the baking dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and puffed up.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
