Instructions:
- Heat a skillet on the stove top over medium heat.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Add 50g of cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom slice is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
- Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve warm.
