Creamy Milk Pudding Bites

Ingredients:


  • 50ml of milk
  • 10g of sugar
  • 5g of cornstarch
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:


  • In a small saucepan, mix the 50ml of milk with 10g of sugar and a pinch of salt over medium heat.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine 5g of cornstarch with a little bit of cold water to make a smooth paste.
  • Once the milk mixture is warm, stir in the cornstarch paste and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
  • Continue to cook until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into small molds or a flat dish to set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm before serving.
