Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, mix the 50ml of milk with 10g of sugar and a pinch of salt over medium heat.

- Once the milk mixture is warm, stir in the cornstarch paste and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
- Continue to cook until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into small molds or a flat dish to set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm before serving.
