Ingredients:
- 250g of bacon
- 150g of leek
- 200g of bread
- 200g of cheddar cheese
- 50g of dark chocolate
- 300g of potatoes

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- In a blender, blend the bread into breadcrumbs. Mix the breadcrumbs with half of the cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and chopped leek in a mixing bowl.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash them in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mashed potatoes into the bottom of a baking dish, creating an even layer.
- Top the mashed potatoes with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it down firmly.
- Grate the remaining cheddar cheese over the top of the breadcrumb layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
- While baking, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts until fully melted.
- Once the bake is ready, remove it from the oven and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
