- 50g of chili pepper
- 200g of green beans
- 100g of radish
- 10g of marjoram
- 10g of basil
- 10g of parsley leaf
- 30ml of balsamic vinegar

Instructions:
- Prepare the semolina according to package instructions in the microwave, adding a pinch of salt.
- While the semolina cooks, chop the chili pepper, green beans, and radish into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pressure cooker, add the chopped green beans and some water, and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- In a barbecue, grill the chili pepper pieces for about 3-5 minutes until slightly charred.
- Once the semolina is cooked, fluff it with a fork and let it cool slightly.
- In a big bowl, combine the cooked semolina, grilled chili pepper, cooked green beans, and chopped radish.
- Finely chop the marjoram, basil, and parsley leaf, then add to the bowl along with balsamic vinegar. Toss to mix well.
