Mediterranean Semolina Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:


  • 100g of semolina
  • 50g of chili pepper
  • 200g of green beans
  • 100g of radish
  • 10g of marjoram
  • 10g of basil
  • 10g of parsley leaf
  • 30ml of balsamic vinegar

  • Barbecue
  • Pressure Cooker
  • Sous Vide Machine

Instructions:


  • Prepare the semolina according to package instructions in the microwave, adding a pinch of salt.
  • While the semolina cooks, chop the chili pepper, green beans, and radish into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a pressure cooker, add the chopped green beans and some water, and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
  • In a barbecue, grill the chili pepper pieces for about 3-5 minutes until slightly charred.
  • Once the semolina is cooked, fluff it with a fork and let it cool slightly.
  • In a big bowl, combine the cooked semolina, grilled chili pepper, cooked green beans, and chopped radish.
  • Finely chop the marjoram, basil, and parsley leaf, then add to the bowl along with balsamic vinegar. Toss to mix well.
