Ingredients:
- 200g of Buckwheat
- 150g of Brown Rice
- 1 tsp of Sea Salt
- 1 inch of Ginger (grated)
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 cup of Coffee (for serving)
- 1 cup of Tea (for serving)

- Pressure Cooker
Instructions:
- Rinse the buckwheat and brown rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In the pressure cooker, add the rinsed buckwheat and brown rice along with 4 cups of water and the sea salt.
- Add the grated ginger and chopped green chillies to the mixture for flavor.
- Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, release the pressure carefully and open the lid.
- Stir the cooked grains and add sliced onions on top while still warm for a slight crunch.
- Serve the buckwheat and brown rice bowl hot, accompanied by coffee and tea.
