Instructions:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add the cocoa powder into the mixture and continue to mix until smooth and heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly for about 2 minutes.
- Once cooled, stir in the Greek yogurt and regular yogurt until well combined.
- Finely chop the fresh lemon balm and fold it gently into the yogurt mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to set before serving.
