Spicy Paneer Wrap

Ingredients:


  • 100g of paneer
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 50g of bell peppers
  • 50g of onions
  • 10g of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 50g of spinach

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Skillet
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Spoon

Instructions:


  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  • Crumble the paneer and add it to the skillet with cumin powder, chili powder, and salt. Stir until heated through.
  • Lay the tortilla flat and layer the spinach down the center.
  • Spoon the paneer mixture over the spinach.
  • Wrap the tortilla tightly and toast in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden on both sides.
  • Slice in half and serve warm.
