Caffeinated Oatmeal Dessert Cups

Ingredients:

  • 150g of oats
  • 250g of yogurt
  • 100g of dates
  • 50g of almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of coffee powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Blend the oats, yogurt, dates, and coffee powder together in the blender until smooth. You may need to add a bit of water if it's too thick.
  • Chop the almonds into smaller pieces or leave them whole if you prefer texture.
  • Pour the blended mixture into serving cups, filling them halfway.
  • Drizzle honey over the blended mixture in each cup.
  • Sprinkle the chopped almonds on top as a garnish.
  • For added sweetness, sprinkle a bit of sugar on top if desired.
  • Chill the dessert cups in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
