Quick Chicken and Noodle Bake

Ingredients:


  • 200g of chicken breast
  • 150g of potatoes
  • 150g of flat noodles
  • 50g of cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Boil 150g of flat noodles in salted water for about 2 minutes until slightly soft, then drain.
  • Cube 200g of chicken breast and cook it in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden brown.
  • Dice the potatoes into small pieces and microwave them for 2 minutes to soften slightly.
  • In a baking dish, combine cooked noodles, chicken, and potatoes. Mix well and sprinkle 50g of cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
