Ingredients:

  • 500g of ground beef
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • Mixing bowl

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Air fry the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and are golden brown.
  • Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
