Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of unsugar tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of Italian seasoning

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Baking tray
  • Parchment paper
  • Oven

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and baking powder. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Line the baking tray with parchment paper and spread the dough into small rounds, resembling pizza bases.
  • Bake the bases in the oven for about 3 minutes or until they start to golden slightly.
  • Remove from the oven and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each base.
  • Top with pepperoni slices, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
