Ingredients:
- 600g of chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 large onion, cut into chunks
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning during grilling.
- Thread the marinated chicken, red and green bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
