Paleo Chicken Kebab Delight

Ingredients:


  • 600g of chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 large onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Skewers

Instructions:


  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • While the chicken is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning during grilling.
  • Thread the marinated chicken, red and green bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  • Remove the kebabs from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
