Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (25g)
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (16g)
  • 1 cup of almond milk (240ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (21g)
  • Ice cubes to preference

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Blender
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spoon

Instructions:


  • Add fresh spinach, banana, protein powder, peanut butter, and almond milk into the blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Add honey for sweetness and blend again briefly.
  • If desired, add ice cubes and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
