Chocolate Blueberry Apple Bread Pudding

Ingredients:


  • 200g of sugar
  • 250ml of milk
  • 3 slices of bread
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 100g of chocolate, chopped
  • 150g of blueberries

Instructions:


  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and milk. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the milk is warm.
  • Add the chopped apples and blueberries into the saucepan, stirring gently until they are slightly softened, about 1 minute.
  • Tear the bread into small pieces and add it to the saucepan, mixing until the bread is well coated with the milk mixture.
  • Stir in the chopped chocolate until it melts into the warm mixture.
  • Cook for another minute, stirring occasionally, until everything is combined and warm. Serve immediately.
