Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine 100g of ricotta cheese and 1 egg.
- Mix in 30g of grated parmesan cheese and 20g of chopped herbs.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and blend everything together until smooth.
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for about 1.5 minutes, or until the egg is set.
