Ingredients:
- 100g of green lentils
- 200g of carrots
- 100g of celery
- 100g of tomatoes
- 50g of onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 5g of olive oil
- 50g of spinach

Instructions:
- Rinse the green lentils under cold water and set aside.
- In a pot, heat 5g of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
