Ingredients:
- 100g of Almonds
- 200g of Grapes
- 50g of Honey
- 1 tsp of Lime zest
- 200ml of Milk
- 2 Oranges
- 150g of Strawberries
- 50g of Sugar
- 200g of Watermelon
- 250g of Yogurt
- 30g of Chia seeds

Instructions:
- Soak the almonds in water for at least two hours, then drain and rinse them.
- In the blender, combine the soaked almonds, grapes, honey, lime zest, milk, and yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Peel the oranges and add the segments to the blender along with the strawberries and watermelon. Blend again until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chia seeds with a little water and let them soak for about 5 minutes until they expand.
- Once the smoothie mixture is ready, pour it into serving bowls.
- Top with chia seeds. You can also garnish with extra slices of strawberries and orange segments if desired.
