Bacon Lover's Skillet

Ingredients:


  • 200g of bacon
  • 100g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 large eggs
  • 50g of grated cheese (your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Instructions:


  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside, leaving some grease in the pan.
  • In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Lower the heat and crack the eggs into the skillet, cooking to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Once the eggs are cooked, crumble the crispy bacon over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
