Ingredients:
- 200g of bacon
- 100g of mushrooms, sliced
- 100g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 large eggs
- 50g of grated cheese (your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside, leaving some grease in the pan.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden, about 5 minutes.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Lower the heat and crack the eggs into the skillet, cooking to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the eggs are cooked, crumble the crispy bacon over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt for about 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
