Ingredients:
- 200g of sweet potato
- 100ml of almond milk
- 20g of coconut sugar
- 80g of poha (flattened rice)
- 30g of puffed rice
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup

Instructions:
- Peel and chop the sweet potato into cubes, then steam them until tender.
- Mash the steamed sweet potato in a bowl until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond milk and coconut sugar together until dissolved, then add it to the mashed sweet potato.
- Add the poha, puffed rice, salt, and cinnamon to the sweet potato mixture and combine well.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top for added sweetness.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
