  • 150g of onion
  • 300g of potatoes
  • 20g of ginger
  • 5g of sea salt
  • 2 green chillies

Instructions:


  • Chop the onion and ginger finely.
  • Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
  • In the pressure cooker, add the chopped potatoes, cherry tomatoes, chopped onion, and ginger.
  • Season with sea salt and chopped green chillies according to your spice preference.
  • Add a cup of water and close the lid, cooking for 3 minutes after the first whistle.
  • Once done, carefully release the pressure, open the lid, and mash everything together until well combined.
