Spicy Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:


  • 200g of paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares

  • Skewers
  • Grill
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula

Instructions:


  • In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and oil to make a marinade.
  • Add the paneer cubes, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade. Mix well to coat all the pieces evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill on medium heat. Thread the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating them.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until the paneer is golden and slightly charred.
  • Remove from the grill and let it cool for a minute before serving.
