Instructions:


  • In a saucepan, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  • Gradually add the milk to the egg mixture, stirring continuously to combine.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat on the stove top, stirring constantly to prevent curdling.
  • Continue to cook until the mixture thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and pour the custard into serving bowls or cups.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving, or refrigerate for a thicker texture.
