Paleo Oat and Seed Bread

Ingredients:


  • 300g of oat flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 80g chia seeds
  • 100g chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300ml of warm water
  • 10g baking powder

  • wooden spoon

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking pan with wax paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, salt and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the warm water and chia seeds. Mix well.
  • Slowly add the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  • Add the chopped walnuts and mix with a wooden spoon until they are well distributed throughout the dough.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before cutting into 8 portions and serving.
