Ingredients:
- 300g of oat flour
- 6 eggs
- 80g chia seeds
- 100g chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 300ml of warm water
- 10g baking powder

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking pan with wax paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, salt and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the warm water and chia seeds. Mix well.
- Slowly add the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Add the chopped walnuts and mix with a wooden spoon until they are well distributed throughout the dough.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into 8 portions and serving.
