Ingredients:
- 100g of Rocket Leaves
- 150g of Turnip, diced
- 100g of Spinach
- 50g of Onion, chopped
- 80g of Mustard Leaves
- 100g of Radish, sliced
- 50g of Shallots, minced
- 100g of Lettuce, chopped
- 50g of Spring Onion, sliced
- 75g of Green Peas

Instructions:
- Heat a pressure cooker over medium heat and add the chopped onion and minced shallots, sauté until they are translucent.
- Add the diced turnip and sliced radish, cooking for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the mustard leaves and spinach, cooking until they're wilted.
- Add the green peas and a little water, then cover the pressure cooker and cook for about 10 minutes on high pressure.
- Release the pressure and open the lid. Using a blender, blend half of the mixture until you achieve a creamy consistency.
- Return the blended mixture to the pressure cooker, stirring gently to combine with the remaining chunky vegetables.
- Add the rocket leaves and lettuce, allowing them to wilt in the warm stew for 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning to taste; serve hot garnished with sliced spring onion.
