Lemon Strained Yogurt Cake

Ingredients:


  • 100g Raisins
  • 150g Sugar
  • 100g Butter
  • 50ml Olive Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200g Yogurt
  • 100ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 50ml Lemon Juice

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Soak the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes and drain.
  • Melt the butter and olive oil in a bowl, then add the sugar and mix.
  • Add the eggs and beat well.
  • Add the yogurt, milk and lemon juice and continue mixing.
  • Add the baking powder and mix.
  • Add the drained grapes and mix everything until homogeneous.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased cake tin and place in the oven.
  • Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes, check if the cake is cooked by inserting a knife into the middle.
