- 50g sliced pepperoni

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza crust.

- Remove the crust from the oven, spread the tomato sauce on top, and add your choice of vegetables and pepperoni.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the toppings are cooked and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly, then garnish with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
