Ingredients:


  • 1 medium cauliflower head, riced
  • 1 large egg
  • 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100g tomato sauce (sugar-free)
  • 150g assorted vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach)
  • 50g sliced pepperoni
  • Fresh basil for garnish

  • Cheese Grater

Instructions:


  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza crust.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove the crust from the oven, spread the tomato sauce on top, and add your choice of vegetables and pepperoni.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the toppings are cooked and cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly, then garnish with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
