Tropical Guava and Cocoa Fluff

Ingredients:


  • 200g of guava
  • 150g of pineapple
  • 100g of apples
  • 150g of banana
  • 200g of watermelon
  • 50g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 30g of cocoa powder
  • 150g of flour
  • 100ml of coffee

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Blender
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:


  • Blend the guava, pineapple, apples, banana, and watermelon together in the blender until smooth to create a tropical puree.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the blended puree, butter, eggs, baking soda, cocoa powder, and flour. Mix until combined.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  • Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan suitable for the air fryer.
  • Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Once done, remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
