Instructions:
- Mix the flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture, stir until it forms a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until elastic, then let it rest for 1 hour until it rises.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Roll the dough into a round shape according to the size of the baking pan and place it on a baking pan that has been greased.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
- Add sliced pepperoni and sprinkle with fresh oregano and basil.
- Bake the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, let cool briefly, then slice and serve.
