Spicy Sesame Ramen Bowl

Ingredients:


  • 100g of Ramen Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 100ml of Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Chili Crisp
  • 500ml of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Doenjang
  • 1 tablespoon of Gochutgaru

Instructions:


  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 100g of Ramen Noodles and 500ml of Water. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  • In another bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of Doenjang, 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil, 100ml of Milk, and 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt until smooth.
  • Once the noodles are cooked, drain excess water and add the sauce mixture to the noodles. Stir well to combine.
  • In a separate microwave-safe bowl, crack 1 large Egg and beat it lightly. Microwave for 1 minute to scramble the egg until cooked through.
  • Add the scrambled egg to the noodle bowl along with 1 tablespoon of Chili Crisp and 1 tablespoon of Gochutgaru for extra heat and flavor. Toss until everything is evenly mixed.
