Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of green peas
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup of curd
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking

Instructions:
- Heat some oil in a pan on the stove top.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
- Stir in the grated ginger and green chillies, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add in the green peas and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Push the vegetable mixture to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty side, scrambling them until fully cooked.
- Mix the scrambled eggs with the vegetable mixture and season with salt to taste.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and heated through.
- Serve the rice bowl warm with a side of curd.
