Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of Kuboos
- 2 tbsp of Schezwan sauce
- 2 large Eggs

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a small bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
- Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat and add the whisked eggs. Cook, stirring gently until scrambled and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the scrambled eggs from the heat and mix in 1 tablespoon of Schezwan sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Take each piece of Kuboos and spread 1 tablespoon of the remaining Schezwan sauce on each.
- Place the scrambled egg mixture in the center of each Kuboos and fold them over to create a wrap.
- Place the wraps in the preheated oven for about 1-2 minutes to lightly toast the Kuboos and warm the wraps.
