Savory Oyster Sauce Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

Instructions:


  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat on the stove top.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
  • Add the tomato paste, mix well, and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve hot.
