Ingredients:
- 200g de Cherry Tomatoes
- 100g Tomato
- 150g Ham
- 200g Mozzarella Cheese
- 50g Margarine
- 4 Eggs

Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
- In a bowl, beat the 4 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Melt the 50g of margarine in a frying pan on the stove over low heat and add the beaten eggs, stirring until they begin to coagulate.
- Meanwhile, in a blender, place the 200g of cherry tomatoes, 100g of chopped tomatoes, and blend until you obtain a puree. Add the chopped ham and mix well.
- Pour the tomato and ham mixture over the eggs in the pan, stir lightly and add 200g of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Transfer the mixture to an Air Fryer pan and cook for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts and the surface is golden.
