Quick Tomato and Ham Pie

Ingredients:


  • 200g de Cherry Tomatoes
  • 100g Tomato
  • 150g Ham
  • 200g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 50g Margarine
  • 4 Eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Microvawe Oven
  • Blender
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top
  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:


  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, beat the 4 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Melt the 50g of margarine in a frying pan on the stove over low heat and add the beaten eggs, stirring until they begin to coagulate.
  • Meanwhile, in a blender, place the 200g of cherry tomatoes, 100g of chopped tomatoes, and blend until you obtain a puree. Add the chopped ham and mix well.
  • Pour the tomato and ham mixture over the eggs in the pan, stir lightly and add 200g of mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Transfer the mixture to an Air Fryer pan and cook for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts and the surface is golden.
