Ingredients:
- 10 large grape leaves
- 100g of cooked rice
- 50g of ground meat
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions:
- In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, ground meat, sautéed onion, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Lay the grape leaves flat on a cutting board and place a tablespoon of the filling at the base of each leaf.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll up tightly, similar to a burrito.
- Place the stuffed grape leaves in the pot and pour the lemon juice over them.
- Add just enough water to cover the grape leaves and bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
