Quick Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingredients:


  • 100g spaghetti
  • 150g minced beef
  • 50g onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 100g canned tomatoes
  • 50g tomato paste
  • 30g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:


  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
  • Add the minced beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
  • Stir in the canned tomatoes and tomato paste, and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce, tossing to combine.
  • Serve the spaghetti bolognaise on a plate, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
