- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic, minced

Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- While the grill is heating, season the beef tenderloin liberally with salt and black pepper on all sides.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary together.
- Once the grill is hot, brush the beef tenderloin with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the beef on the grill and sear each side for about 1 minute, for a total of around 2-3 minutes for perfect medium-rare. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 55-60°C (130-140°F).
- Remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for 2 minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
