Quick Roast Beef Bites

Ingredients:


  • 300g of beef tenderloin
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Grill
  • Meat Thermometer
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Instructions:


  • Preheat your grill to high heat.
  • While the grill is heating, season the beef tenderloin liberally with salt and black pepper on all sides.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary together.
  • Once the grill is hot, brush the beef tenderloin with the olive oil mixture.
  • Place the beef on the grill and sear each side for about 1 minute, for a total of around 2-3 minutes for perfect medium-rare. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 55-60°C (130-140°F).
  • Remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for 2 minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
