Quick and easy tiramisu

Ingredients:


  • 250g mascarpone
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml strong coffee
  • 150g of sponge fingers
  • cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions:


  • In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture becomes creamy.
  • Add the mascarpone to the mixture and mix well until smooth.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.
  • Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee, then place them in the bottom of a small dish.
  • Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on the biscuits.
  • Repeat with another layer of soaked biscuits, then another layer of mascarpone.
  • Sprinkle everything with cocoa powder.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
