Quick and Easy Lasagna

Ingredients:


  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 400g of ground beef
  • 2 cups of ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups of marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Add minced garlic, dried basil, and dried oregano to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the marinara sauce, stir well, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.
  • Place 3 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, then spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by a third of the mozzarella cheese and a third of the meat sauce.
  • Repeat the layers, starting with another layer of noodles, then the remaining ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and half of the remaining meat sauce.
  • Top with the final layer of noodles, the rest of the sauce, and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let the lasagna cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 3 servings.
