Instructions:


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, honey, maple syrup, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Cook in the microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
