Ingredients:

- 5g of fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine couscous and 200ml of boiling water. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes until the couscous absorbs the water.

- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
