Ingredients:


  • 300g ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 50g almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Frying pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cup

Instructions:


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined, but be careful not to overmix.
  • Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the meatballs to the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them.

  • Remove the meatballs from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
