Ingredients:
- 100g of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 50g of sugar
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 100ml of milk
- 50g of honey
- 50g of maple syrup
- 200ml of whipping cream
- 50g of peanut butter

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and then gradually add the milk, honey, and maple syrup, mixing well.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- While the puffs are baking, whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the peanut butter until well combined.
- Once the puffs have cooled, cut the tops off and fill each puff with the peanut butter cream mixture.
- Replace the tops and drizzle with additional honey and maple syrup if desired.
