Honey Peanut Butter Cream Puffs

Ingredients:



  • 100g of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50g of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 100ml of milk
  • 50g of honey
  • 50g of maple syrup
  • 200ml of whipping cream
  • 50g of peanut butter

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Oven
  • Air Fryer

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs and then gradually add the milk, honey, and maple syrup, mixing well.
  • Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
  • While the puffs are baking, whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the peanut butter until well combined.
  • Once the puffs have cooled, cut the tops off and fill each puff with the peanut butter cream mixture.
  • Replace the tops and drizzle with additional honey and maple syrup if desired.
