Homemade Big Mac Burger

Ingredients:


  • 200g of hamburg steak
  • 2 pieces of hamburger bread
  • 100g of lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 50g of cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp of homemade big mac sauce

  • Stove Top

Instructions:


  • Heat the stove top over medium heat.
  • Place the hamburg steak on the stove and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • While the steak is cooking, slice the hamburger bread in half and toast them lightly on the stove.
  • Once the hamburger steak is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the toasted bun.
  • Add the cheddar cheese on top of the hot steak and cover it with a lid for about a minute to melt the cheese.
  • Layer the lettuce and sliced tomato on top of the melted cheese.
  • Spread the homemade big mac sauce on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the assembled burger.
