Ingredients:


  • 200g of gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 100g of almond flour
  • 80g of coconut oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 50g of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free breadcrumbs, almond flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing well.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.
  • Grease the baking pan with a little coconut oil, then pour the batter into the pan, smoothing the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
