Decadent Creamy Popsicles

Ingredients:


  • 200ml of full-fat coconut milk
  • 100g of Greek yogurt
  • 50g of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 50g of dark chocolate, melted
  • A pinch of sea salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Blender
  • Popsicle molds
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Freezer

Instructions:


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the full-fat coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the melted dark chocolate gently with a spatula until you achieve a marbled effect, but do not overmix.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  • Insert sticks into the molds and tap gently to remove any air bubbles.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
  • To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
