Ingredients:
- 200g of dark chocolate
- 250ml of coconut milk
- 50g of honey
- 100g of Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the coconut milk, honey, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the mixing bowl and stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.
