Decadent Chocolate Popsicles

Ingredients:


  • 200g of dark chocolate
  • 250ml of coconut milk
  • 50g of honey
  • 100g of Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Blender
  • Popsicle Molds
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula

Instructions:


  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend the coconut milk, honey, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the mixing bowl and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  • Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • To serve, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.
