Ingredients:


  • 300g of Shrimp
  • 100g of Panko
  • 1 Egg
  • 50g of Flour
  • 30ml of Olive Oil

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a bowl, whisk the egg until well beaten.
  • In another bowl, place the flour. In a third bowl, add the panko.
  • Dip each shrimp first into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat with panko, ensuring an even coating.
  • Drizzle the coated shrimp with olive oil or spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the shrimp on a baking tray and place them in the oven or air fryer.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy, checking halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once done, remove from oven and let rest for a minute before serving.
