Creamy Guava Cookies

Ingredients:


  • 100g de Coffee
  • 150g de Cornflour
  • 2 units of Egg
  • 200g de All Purpose Flour
  • 150g de Condensed Milk
  • 100g de Butter
  • 100g de Sugar
  • 1g of Sal
  • 30g of Chocolate Powder-
  • 50g of cream
  • 10g de Baking Powder
  • 200g of butter cookies
  • 100g of guava paste

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Blender
  • Air Fryer

Instructions:


  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
  • In a blender, mix 100g of Coffee, 100g of Butter and 150g of Condensed Milk until you obtain a smooth cream.
  • In a bowl, combine 150g of Cornflour, 200g of All Purpose Flour, 10g of Baking Powder, 30g of Chocolate, and 1g of Salt.
  • Add the blender mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  • Add 2 Eggs and mix well until the dough is smooth.
  • Unwrap 100g of guava paste and cut into small cubes.
  • Add the guava cubes to the dough and mix carefully.
  • Using a spoon, shape small balls and place them in the Air Fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  • Cook in the Air Fryer for about 15 minutes or until golden.
  • While the cookies are cooking, grind 200g of shortbread cookies in a blender until they become a fine flour.
  • Remove the cookies from the Air Fryer and dip them in the buttery cookie flour while still hot.
  • Serve the guava biscuits with a hot coffee.
