Ingredients:
- 100g de Coffee
- 150g de Cornflour
- 2 units of Egg
- 200g de All Purpose Flour
- 150g de Condensed Milk
- 100g de Butter
- 100g de Sugar
- 1g of Sal
- 30g of Chocolate Powder-
- 50g of cream
- 10g de Baking Powder
- 200g of butter cookies
- 100g of guava paste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Blender
- Air Fryer
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
- In a blender, mix 100g of Coffee, 100g of Butter and 150g of Condensed Milk until you obtain a smooth cream.
- In a bowl, combine 150g of Cornflour, 200g of All Purpose Flour, 10g of Baking Powder, 30g of Chocolate, and 1g of Salt.
- Add the blender mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- Add 2 Eggs and mix well until the dough is smooth.
- Unwrap 100g of guava paste and cut into small cubes.
- Add the guava cubes to the dough and mix carefully.
- Using a spoon, shape small balls and place them in the Air Fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook in the Air Fryer for about 15 minutes or until golden.
- While the cookies are cooking, grind 200g of shortbread cookies in a blender until they become a fine flour.
- Remove the cookies from the Air Fryer and dip them in the buttery cookie flour while still hot.
- Serve the guava biscuits with a hot coffee.
